Full disclosure, this is my second CHALA bag. I love the details of this bag. There are so many pockets it's easy to keep items organized. I like to carry my life with me so the size of this bag is perfect. (You could even fit a laptop in it if you wanted!). I prefer cross-body bags, so I love that it has the long strap for this option. The smaller handles fold down into pockets on either side of the bag, so it works! The unicorn is adorable! I am 100% happy with my purchase.
