Orla Kiely mugs are made using traditional screen-printing techniques for long lasting, vibrant colours. The decals are then applied carefully by hand in Scotland, and re-fired in kilns overnight for a colourful, durable finish.

Our iconic mugs featuring some unique blemishes. Each of our mugs are inspected by hand, if we spot a slight fault in the finish, decoration or shape these become seconds. All seconds are structurally sound but might feature blemishes such as small marks or imperfections in the paint work.
