I don’t normally write product reviews but I felt like I absolutely needed to with this Gem right here!I was looking for a leather mini backpack but not so mini like at Victoria’s Secret and not so big like the rest of standard backpacks.This bag is the PERFECT size and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The bag is also made REALLY well. You can smell the leather as soon as you unbox the backpack.I was hesitant ordering “genuine” leather from amazon but i’m thoroughly impressed with how nice of quality this bag is and for only $60!It has SOO much space for the size and lots of zippered pockets. Two main compartments small pouch in the front and another small pouch in the back to hold more “secure” belongings. Inside the main area there is two separate compartments and two zippered areas inside. One being in the middle to hold important stuff (which i LOVE) and the usual back compartment for lipglosses, chap sticks keys etcI’m so so so happy with my purchase this is exactly what I was looking for down to the “picture” i had in my head of what i wanted.You will not be disappointed buying this bag it doesn’t have any labeling on it or “branding” it’s just a plain leather pack and it’s awesome sauce.I live in brooklyn and i’ve basically stopped carrying regular “purses” all together because it’s just not convenient like it was when I lived upstate and had a car.I’ve found living in the city, that carrying a backpack is much more reasonable and works better for my life than an over the shoulder purse.If ur a city dweller and looking for a small genuine leather backpack with lots of space that’s super fashionable and can be dressed up or down thenTHIS IS YOUR BAG!The pockets and storage options are as the other reviewers have described. The size for me is in the sweet spot of not-too-big, not-too-small. Construction seems to be solid throughout. Finishing is well done. I very much like the soft nylon straps.The one thing that gives me pause is that the entire bag is lined by a fabric that feels like plastic and makes a distinct crunching noise whenever it is moved. With the bag entirely closed, when it is squeezed, it sounds like someone stepping on a bag of potato chips.I had packed up the bag to return, but changed my mind. Cost-benefit won out for me. I'm hoping the lining softens with use.The leather is soft and an excellent quality. The bag is large, but not too large and has all the right pockets and compartments for my needs! My only wish is that there were more color options. Very pleased with this purchase!!The soft leather backpack purse is just that, soft leather. It has lots of pockets. Comfortable and spacious.
