My tote didn't have the brass embellishment on the front like shown, smelled funny, looked like plastic. Not worth the HIGH expense at all! After researching, come to find out...this material will only last from 5 to 10 years. Meant to biodegrade unlike genuine leather. For this price I would expect a bag lasting a lifetime, and get the embellishment shown in the photo. Looked like a "blah" bag in person, nothing like the other fossil bags I have purchased in the past. I would suggest looking elsewhere and getting real leather if you want an investment piece. (In addition, the key fob was totally different than the photo, not slim and understated, but rather large and ornate, not suited for the bag.)This purse is nice but I can't see the cost. Although it's vegan cactus, It has a feel of plastic yet looks like leather. I'll be using it for work, travel and can be used as an overnight bag. The color is as pictured.I wasn't sure what to expect with vegan cactus leather, but I was pleasantly surprised! This bag is stylish, well sized, and well structured. It stays upright and does not collapse on itself.This is a great option for a fall tote bag!
